Expediting

Our Expediting services are designed to ensure the timely progress of work by conducting on-site visits at suppliers’ facilities. We carefully review the production schedule and assess all activities that could affect delivery, including engineering tasks, clarification of outstanding issues with the client, and the provision of raw materials and subcontracted components.

During these visits, we request suppliers to provide an updated production schedule for our analysis. This helps us confirm that they are giving appropriate attention to the project, addressing all technical concerns, and maintaining sufficient resources to meet the scheduled delivery date. If any delays are identified, it is the Expeditor’s responsibility to assist the supplier in understanding the reasons behind these delays and to propose corrective actions to help meet the delivery timeline.

Additionally, the Expeditor conducts workshop tours to evaluate the fabrication status and determine the supplier’s capability to meet delivery dates. We engage in discussions with the supplier about upcoming operations to identify potential challenges, ensuring that any necessary inspection activities are outlined based on the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and aligned with the production schedule.

The Expeditor also highlights any technical issues that may have been underestimated by the supplier, helping to prevent bottlenecks or complications in future operations. Through these proactive measures, we aim to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
